Fieldcrest Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any delivered or undeliverable services at any time by giving written notice within 90 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund of the trading program fee if you cancel. Traders can cancel purchased or delivered trading programs, then request a refund by contacting their customer service team at customersupport@fidelcrest.com.

If the trader has not started trading on the account, the request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the purchase. If the 14-day deadline expires, the refund request will not be accepted. To cancel the transaction, traders will need to wait no more than three business days.
