MT4 or MT5 : Which of the two trading platforms should I choose?

Both the MetaTrader platforms, the MT4 and the MT5, are reliable trading platforms and are extremely popular among traders and brokerages alike. If you have to choose one of the two for your trading endeavor, it would good to keep in mind that the MT4 has been around the longest and it has proven that it is worthy of the trust and acceptance it has enjoyed by traders for so long. This being said, it does face some issues and the MT5, being a newer and more advanced version, seems to be addressing those mishaps and offering more flexibility. However, it has yet to reach the fame and acceptance of its predecessor. Ultimately, your choice will depend on your specific needs and skill set as a trader.
